About average, I suppose, looking at the other results.
What is perfectly logical is that those of higher total level have a higher xp/hr rate.

Hey, I looked at a funny pie chart of my quests and it reckons I haven't started two quests:
Druidic Ritual
Wolf Whistle

Strange that. I can wear my quest cape and I have 97 Summoning...

They redid those two quests when they updated Taverley/Burthrope. They didn't take away the quest points/cape or count it incomplete for people who did it before, but they reset the progress so that everyone can play through the new version of the quests. The quests are also no longer required to begin the herblore/summoning skills.
