It's fake.

Jagex emails will always use your display name.

The one thing I don't get about these phishing emails, is that they're not really asking you to do anything If I saw this message for the first time and it said to keep checking the RuneScape website, I'd just check it by going to it from my browser bar rather than opening an email and clicking a link. I suppose it's sneaky the way they've done it, but I can't see many people actually clicking the links, because they don't make it sound like you need to.

The email I received it from is jag mod confirmed to be real. Go figure apparently ... Either way I'm indifferent

What email did you guys get it from? I got mine from "noreply@e.runescape.com"
