HUB shows forum with message ,,Surreal's forums are down for scheduled maintenance today....", if you click on HUB at that window it shows 404 error.

It's probably going to be a caching issue. You could wait the problem out till it resolves, or clear your cookies and cache from your browser (which should fix it automatically). As a quick fix, you could also try pressing ctrl + f5 on a page to reload all assets.
