I saw them while doing a farming run.
I actually have Smith to thank for it. He posted pretty much this same topic a few weeks earlier and when I saw 1 penguin, I checked to see if I could find others and was pleasently surprised to see 3 others.

How Ironic! You know usually you can find 4 or so of them in the Southern Yanille Wall. This is a not-of-this-world concept.
