As a free player you do not have your own Adventurer's Log, but you can view other players' profiles.
Type in another player's account name to search for their public profile.

For every day I play I made: around 822,320 exp
For every hour I played I made: around 34,262 exp
For every minute I played I made: around 571 exp
for every second I played I made: around 9.5exp

So if I play 500 more days I'll have a total of (410,400,000+131,020,332)= around 541,420,332 exp

Edit: How many years would it take me to complete runescape
"99 in every skill + dung"

I've played around 6 years, my total exp/6 = 21,836,722 exp per year 24x"around 13m)= 312,000,000+(dung)120000000=
432,000,000-my current total exp= 300,979,668/21,836,722= 13.78

It will take me around 14 years to finish runescape not counting jagex adding a skill every now and then
