You can still do the quest Zoop. You only need 140+ combat. The other quests just give yo access to more reward.

I also finished the quest a couple of days back and I was really impressed with the detail of the area graphics. Otherwise the storyline wasn't too bad, hopefully it leads onto more exciting things.
