Not really, but doesn't bother me either. Everything is cosmetic, as someone already stated and it's just a way to make some cash, I don't think it will end up being about providing anything that affects actual gameplay, because there's no randomization to it, you simply buy it.
Just going off of what has been provided, it's practically not an update to me personally, but I suppose if it helps out Jagex then why not. People just seem to like to complain, whatevs.

im happy they put this in TBH money for cosmetic items is where this game needs to be going if it wants to stay afloat, lots of other games have run on this business model but im scared to see how far they will take this. if they start selling gold i may need to buy a bunch buy all the rares and then quit XD
