Actually, every single skill in this game can make you money. If you don't know how a certain skill can make you money, then perhaps you should research it a bit more.
To my honest fairpointed view, the most useless skill has to be Fletching. I mean, what is its actual purpose? O.o

To make arrows, bows, crossbows and bolts...you know...the main way people train ranged.
