Double XP Levels of Achievement 2017 - PiXeYstyx - 2017-02-21
So now that Double XP weekend is pretty much over with (except the 1m tail off xp they gave us to use up) what all did everyone Accomplish? Did you get all the 99's, XP gains, levels you had intended to get?
I got my 99 smithing which I'm pretty excited about. I had the intentions to get 99 RC but couldn't achieve it due to not having been able to spend the time I planned on spending to get it. I did manage to get up to 97 from 94 tho. I'm just going to continue to work on it till I get it. I did get a few other levels just because I was close to the level so it was easy to get them. I'm happy with what I got, I don't feel as burnt out as I did the last Double XP weekend I did so I'm happy about that. I'm on my way to getting my max cape, which I hope I'll be able to achieve by the end of this year.

I, too, got 99 smithing! As did Thorg...and a few others, I think. We had a smithing party! I also got a few miscellaneous levels in herblore, summoning, etc. 99 Smithing was my only goal, so I'm glad I got it. Now I have to decide on a new goal...Any suggestions?

my plan was to use up all my protean, which i managed to do as well as my corrupted ore from mining.
other than that i didnt have too many goals, just did some mining and a few slayer tasks

gained about 8m xp over the weekend which for me was really good because I do everything the slow and most cost effective way, I've always went at my own pace to get levels. I had some guy get mad at me while at Runespan because I told him I didn't have a strategy of what I was doing. I stay on one island and just keep doing what's available, its always been easier for me than hopping around, especially when the creatures respawn almost instantly plus give you extra ess when you deplete them.

Yeah I did around 25m xp :-) was fun. I used up most of all of my protean and I would have achieved 99 fletching but I got bored lol and started ranging. Lol

91-92 Smithing, was hoping for 99 but oh well. Life won this time.

Smithing was my top priority. I was saving protean bars for weeks lmao. I had 3500 saved up. It wasn't enough to get me 99 but I had plenty of other stuff still that got me to 99. I still have a lot of stuff saved up that I bought for 99 smith before DXP that I want to use up bc I'll make some money from it.
I got 99 farm from a bxp weekend a few years ago. I'll probably do Con next one so I can save money there lol.

Oh man, already thinking about the next one? I'm pretty sure I'll be all 99s by then so I figure going for 120 dg/slayer/inv will be on my list. Or I might have saved up enough arrowheads to train some fletching.
