How can you contribute to our clan?: Every week I will be able to cap the citadel. I have experience with both running a clan and currently am an Admin in another clan on my main account.

Okay, here goes..
Labyrinth
This was a clan I was invited to join by a friend of mine on my main account, from a popular gaming forum, which has a focus on Diablo 2 mainly. Originally joined and was mainly just there with a friend. Ranks were merit based and I quickly found myself in the upper ranks, and eventually became Deputy Owner. We were a small clan, roughly the same size as you guys.
I dealt a lot with user disputes and that was my focus. My job was basically to immerse myself in the situation, figure out what went wrong and find a solution. We would have discussions on our clan forums in Admin+ sections and we would decide course of action there.
Also was in charge of forum management at one point. Where I had forum management experience I was basically elected that role. Mainly just managed new sub-forums and whatnot. Nothing crazy, as I am not that experience, if I am being honest.
Special
Joined this clan around two and a half years ago on my main account, Hubris. My involvement with this clan has been limited to just being an Admin, although I was promoted to Organiser for a short period of time. Then I stopped playing Runescape and naturally requested a demotion because I wouldn't do anything with the rank as an inactive, obviously.
Came back recently and have resumed my role as Admin in the clan. Ranks in the clan are exp based until General. Admin is based loosely on exp and an Admin application. As an Admin I am responsible for keeping the avatar out as much as possible, giving promotions to user who have earned enough exp for the next rank, so I check that frequently, and help with clan recruitment (bumping forum topic, inviting users, etc).
Also, due to promotions being exp based up until General, I made a spreadsheet that tracks user exp gains and will notify the viewer who is eligible for the respective promotions based on their current rank and current exp in the clan.
I am still in this clan to this day on my main account 'Hubris'.

Other comments: As you may ave noticed reading through this application, you'll see I am in another clan currently on my main account, Hubris. If this poses an issue, I totally get it; split loyalties and all that, so I understand if you guys don't want that in the clan. Despite being in another clan currently on my main, however, I still intend to have active involvement in this current clan on my alt account (the account I am applying for, 'itsHubris'), should you decide to accept this application.
