"nuking" the bots. lol - Exciled - 2011-10-25
I find it funny, how they would bring a call of duty theme into this, and yes obviously "cod" didnt invent the nuke, but hey, jagex didnt call it nuke day for no reason. Personall I believe, jagex will have bot free servers for a short time, and slowly, but surley they'll come back in there numbers.
Also:
To ban 1.5million accounts
I persume there just going to be banning in-active accounts aswell to fill some numbers..
What do you think?

I'm a bit optomistic at this point.. Only timre will tell how many bot's they actualy permanetly remove.
Tbh, I see it lasting about a week before the start coming out with new types of bots to overcome "FlutterCluster"..

I agree with Wendy.. It would be wrong to do that.. What if the player decides to come back?

Woah.. That sucks, I'm sure they have sent out Email's to these players to let them know?.. Or give them the option the re-activate.. It seem's quite an aggresive way to tackle the issue..I mean, Say I had a skiller account that I hadn't used in a while but decided I wanted to go back on.. only to find it's been deactivateed? I'd be pretty annoyed!

Exciled is right in the fact that JaGex ban accounts with skills under 30 after 6 months of being in active.
I don't think this has any thing to with Call of Duty either.

Agreed, "Nuke" is used a lot of places, not just COD.. I'm just JaGex can be more origional than that
.. you don't hear them shouting "Nuke that bot" in COD.
