Magic Training - James - 2014-01-23

Hey guys recently joined here to help me get back into the game after several years however in terms of training methods I completely perplexed by my option or even where to start for that matter. I am currently looking at getting 91-94 and even 99 magic sometime soon and was wondering on suitable methods which will yield me the most experience. I have heard about dagganoths however I heard they got nerfed in some respects. Are they still a fair amount of mage exp. an hour? Also what are some good setups to use i have around 6m (I've started from scratch).

All feedback is appreciated!

If you still have slayer levels to gain I'd say you get your magic xp by that.
There are a lot of monster right now that have magic weekness and are great slayer tasks.

Thanks, something for me to consider as my Slayer is in the low 70's.

Another thing to consider is if you are planning to get comp cape then do livid farm for some magic xp.

If you want cheap mage levels, i'd advise using bloodfire burst at the abyss, insanely fast + cheap (400k ish)

I agree with the Livid Farm idea Biggrin

It's about 100k xp an hour total (spread between magic, farming, construction, agility). That's really not too bad Biggrin

Is livid farm exspensive?

Is there much likelihood of running into people travelling into low level wilderness these day? i may just give that place a try!

Thanks to whoever suggested livid farm, i'll have a little browse on what it's all about now!

There are very few people in the wildy nowadays, but just to be safe, bring a teletab if you see a white dot Wink
