I've seen some of this guy's other stuff, this guy is insanely talented at animation. I believe he did an alternate max cape emote video that's just sick as well, and he's done quite a few other smaller things as well.

Jagex needs to give this dude a job. Seriously.

Yes, that was an amazing video. I watched all of the Golden Gnome videos, and almost every single one was stunning and incredible. One of my favourites was the first one in this video
