The Rise of Lucien Series got my vote. Not sure why, but... yeah great rewards 
Overall most quests are quite funny with various cultural references etc. And most of the time they are actually a challange.
I think one of the best tihngs is to do the quests on releaseday or a few days after without any guide (unless you get stuck).
Worst questchain goes to The Elemental Workshop. TERRIBLE questseries... With almost no storyline and tedious puzzles.
