What skills do you hate?

Dungeoneering, because it's not a skill. It doesn't work as a skill. Jagex should have made it a minigame and still kept the tokens system with it (maybe a higher quantity of tokens to make it worthwhile not getting XP elsewhere). People would still do it for Rapier etc and the resource dungeons.
