Thank you very much, I appreciate it. Yeah it can get a little crazy at times, but that's normal for any hierarchal position; and I'm sure you'll get experience with it as you go along. It's refreshing to see a skilling clan that doesn't have extremely strict requirements... back when I 'grew up' in Runescape, there were hardly any skilling clans (I was a skiller myself). The clans that DID exist had extensive requirements that I could never fill; which is why Surreal is quite nice to see.
