Haha, spoiled rotten brat, that made me giggle. I volunteer, myself. At a hospital in patient billing. No taking calls. Just a lot of printing lol. I've been there for at least 10 years, started off doing just Medicare, but apparently I was so awesome that a few years ago I got confronted asking if I'd help out with Anthem. So I do one day Medicare, and two days Anthem since then. Unfortunately the hospital is non-profit, sooo... (but I've gotten told that they'd love to hire me if they could. I guess that counts for something! ).
I know you're not afraid to ask questions so I don't need to say that bit lol. I hope you continue to enjoy your stay with us!
