What does anti rush means?

Rushers are people who attack someone without asking, hoping to quickly down their opponent without them expecting it. Rushers will usually pot up, put on stat boosting prayers and spec someone with dragon claws/korasi.

Anti-rushers look out for these kinds of people and ko them as they attempt to rush. They manage to do this by venging a while before they get attacked. Then, when they are rushed, their veng will deal a lot of the damage from, say, the Dragon Claw spec back to the person attacking them. They will then re-veng and spec the guy at the same time, usually resulting in them koing the rusher.
