I've seen a few videos on youtube of people making millions within a number of minutes. It attracts quite a lot of people as it's seen as a quick way of making money. I've got a friend who recently lost 90m cash through a bet. He sold his armour, and guess what.. gambled again. He told me he regretted it but it was just so addicting. So yeah, I do think dicing will continue. There's a lot of demand for it, especially after all these screenshots etc of people with 1b cash etc going around.
If I had the cash, I personally would never get involved. I've never been lucky and I just wouldn't trust anyone else (especially someone I don't even know) with the cash. I know the hosts of cc's have to pay alot of money (I think it's 800m to be ranked in "Liked"'s clanchat) but when there's that amount of cash involved, something is going to go wrong.
I've heard of people getting scammed for millions, which is probably why Jagex won't allow player mods to dice, but hopefully these people will learn from their experience and remember never to trust anyone again.
