Introducing: Clan Citadels

I was wondering if they were going to add the equivalent of guild halls to this game, looks like the answer is yes. I very much enjoyed guild halls in Guild Wars 1, so this looks promising. Wonder if they're going to implement a clan tax to go with it, such as the ones seen in a few other games, where they automatically take 5%-10% of all your coin/gp drops and put it into a clan bank. I doubt they will, since we don't even have clan banks yet, but only time will tell.
