Agility "Glitch"

An update, with a little more promising news on the situation. I've bolded the parts that are most appealing to those who took part in the agility bug.

The point I've been trying to make is that this WAS a bug. This is irrefutable - it was not how the game was intended to work and it gave far more XP than it was meant to. That makes it, by definition, a bug. Please can people stop saying "it's not a bug! L2bug chrisso!" - because actually that's just not a debatable fact.

The other part of my point is that we do take action against bug abusers. People were saying "don't worry, they don't do anything for bug abuse" so I was very clearly opposing that train of thought. We would never want people to believe bug abuse is fine - it simply is not. People can and do get removed from the game or rolled back because of it.

RoW glitch - this isn't something I can comment on as I was not involved in this role at the time. It would be unfair to go on YouTube and suddenly go and ban a load of people for something that happened months ago. There are many ways in which that would simply be not fair.

Just to clarify once more: This is something that will be investigated as per any other bug that could have been used for an advantage. It would be incredibly wrong for us NOT to investigate it. Personally, having been able to take a closer look at this, I don't see anyone being removed from the game for what is not actually that big an issue.

At most, some people may get their agility XP set back, if anything at all. The whole point of me investigating is to ensure that we take the fair approach.

People should be far more concerned if I were to say I was not going to investigate it.
