I'm with Evaluate on this one; removing Rogue's Den does seem a little weird. But, replacing it with this seems to be a better move overall. What caught my attention was:
"Performing well within the factory will earn you points, which can be exchanged for Thieving and Agility experience. Persistence may also earn you new garments, which allow for the creation of four-dose potions, grant additional experience when creating unfinished potions, and improve performance within the factory itself."
I wonder if this will be a viable way to train thieving/agility? Also, creating four-dose potions and gaining exp while making unfinished potions sounds really awesome. I expect to see herb and potion prices bouncing around a bit, though.
It will be a while before I can try this mini-game out, but I will definitely check it when I have more time!
