I am at the last price increase since I quit and then came back to playing. I think that this is a perfectly justifiable price increase as Jagex do offer us a lot of variety out of that money.
But, I also do agree with Meg that it should be equal all-throughout. It's not like the further away you are makes it any harder to collect money over the internet.
