. And actually it wasn't that bad, the first time it took me 2 weeks to figure out I had torn the two ligaments and by the time I went to the doctor my ACL was completely torn and my MCL was partially torn and ofc my meniscus was messed up as well. The second time I knew right away that I did it because I knew what it felt like this time
