Very good addition to the rules. It definitely gives pause to those whom just want to 'test the waters' or check if the 'grass is greener on the other side'. Most people that take an absence from RS are more that likely understanding that their rank would drop and activity return to 0 as their plans had changed.

While leaving isn't punished, loyalty should be rewarded.
