*Name other clans have you involved yourself with [please be as detailed as you can]:
Played for years without actually joining a clan, then sometime in 2007 joined
Elite skillers for about 18 months 9 months of which I was joint leader.
Elite skillers then split into an adult skiller clan and a junior.
I Joint lead the adult version Q_S18 (short for Questers and Skillers 18+)
The world then hit that massive recession and many adults lost their jobs and internet,  so we disbanded.
Mid 2009 I joined Legends and Legacies (skillers) and ended up on council until about August 2010 got too busy with work.
Quit after some of the new council did some unethical stuff to others in clan (1 co owner/leader quit as well as a few others)
Been working with D Squires FC and am ranked, was a clan general (quit last month) in the D Squires dungeon clan but it has sort of imploded because of friction with the clan owner whilst I was offline for a few weeks.

Have played PC with a clan forget name was a while ago, which is now disbanded.

Agreement
By submitting my application I agree that I have thoroughly read and understood all of Surreal's Official Rules and Requirements. I will follow these rules when associating myself in a situation where I am directly involved with Surreal or representing the clan in any way and will accept relevant punishment should I delve away from these rules.

I agree to stay active unless legitimate reasoning is given, to fulfill the requirements of my Provisional application and that I am in compliance with Surreal's multi-clanning rules, and will continue to be. All of the information I have submitted in this application is my own and I am not in association with any real-world trading or botting communities.

Thanks for you application Wendy! before I approve you, you are still listed on Legends & Legacies memberlist - we have a few Admins from Runehead in Surreal that can remove your name from their memberlist if you give us the go ahead?

So, what now?
Firstly you must understand that this does not make you a permanent member of the clan. You are now a trial member - and are given two weeks to prove yourself active enough to remain in Surreal.

You will need to see an Admin (SRL Downfall, Le Dan, Meg Grace or SRL Change) in game if you wish to be given a rank in our official Clan Chat, you can either add them in game to your friendslist or join our Official Clan Chat in game to speak to one of them.
