Answered Something Majorly Borked with my RS Graphics

As of a couple days ago, this is what my RS looks like. Tried Java update, tried a graphics driver (though I'm on a laptop so why my on chip graphics would need updating...). Any ideas? The actual play screen is playable (albeit not how it should be) but anything involving text is way messed up. Can't get in my bank even, the errors are more apparent if you zoom on the image.

Change to OpenGL

What Jay said. It's a DirectX issue.
