I'm interested to know why, as this was not why we introduced a ranking system. The last thing we'd want to do is make you feel like that! I know the wording is different, but the spread of ranks being awarded is even wider than it was.

Some people with a space in their name may not have access to the HUB.

Hmmmm what happens to our point total if we say go inactive and drop from being a member but then become active again and come back as a member? Do we still keep our previously accumulated points or is it a complete reset?

How often are our points reviewed and rank increases made? Just curious as I know I was borderline to Senior Rank last week and believe I have now reached the points needed for that rank.

There will be something implemented in our backend systems that will allow us to process rank changes quickly and easily. It'll come along with the new HUB
