Jagex don't ban P2P accounts. They only ban F2P accounts.

:lol: That looks pretty awesome, but yeah he must've done something like botting to get rolled back on levels. No way he actually got it at level-14, because 43 prayer/10 hp/1 the rest = level-8.5 XD.

Yeah, I've seen a couple low lvl's running around with them. As stated already, they simply botted and got stats rolled back, leaving them at a lower combat lvl. If anything, I look down on them for the obvious reason that they botted.

Same goes for lvl 120 dg people with cbt 3, I've seen them and I can't say it impressed me much, standing at base and occasionally cooking or chatting to people carrying you to that level isn't anything special, especially with the fact that people hold back on dungeoneering a lot because of the stress and you usually lose a lot of xp from deaths. Anyway, that's my rant about it all.

Not as cool as it looks if they intentionally botted to get their levels rolled back so they looked really awesome at level 14 with a firecape.
