Not really overpriced, with such low supply they can claim pretty much any price they want realistically
Biggest cause would be the BXP- everyone cashing in expensive items to save as much cash as possible during the destroy-the-game weeks. Fury tends to crash really bad too- everyone has one but doesn't want it

A lot of people are probably selling their phats to buy large amounts of herbs/planks etc as they begin to rise. They'll end up making a killing off of it, and then buy then phats back for less afterwards.
