I use Adze personally (as it gives WC too), but it only has the same stats as Rune Pick (does look awesome however), but in regards to getting faster exp, Dragon Pick would be the one to go for.

Tbh.. If it's faster xp you want.. A rune of Dragon Picaxe will help you get it, but you need to be mining consitradted coal/gold to gain some major xp.
