Thats my guess too. This last year nothing very new new new and good for future has been released. This is all more like end game stuff. I doubt there will ever be a new skill. They said they have updates for 10 years, I doubt that. They just said that too keep us here.

Tbh, I think their customer service is automated.. You see a lot of the replied people get back are the exact same replies.. I think they have set templates there to select for whatever the issue is on hand.. but as you said.. with 10k+ quieries.. they need to put the foot down and get in to action they can't expect people to keep paying for a game without communication and knowing where their money is actually going to..
