I'm glad everything worked in your favor. It is a good thing you enabled JAG. I know a lot of people who are still hesitant to use it (only God knows why?) I locked myself out of my account using JAG, so I know it works... three months later I finally won the battle and got to change my information.

i saw a lot of this in my last clan.. make sure that the email acc that u use aka (aol) is pretty much only ur email for rs. if its not change it!!

NEVER use the same email that is linked to ur acc on any site that has anything to do with runescape.. glad u r getting things fixed tho
