Power to the Players

I like the general idea, and I like some of the stuff they're hinting at with the new polls too (new dragons, reworking old drop tables). I don't know if any of that stuff has come up at Runefest, but it's new to me. I'm most excited about the emphasis on high level content over the next year.

What I'm not thrilled about is that the first poll is Invention vs. Elf City, which suggests that they haven't even begun working on the new skill. I really hope it's not what it sounds like. I had thought development was well under way and it might be ready some time in the next 6 months or so. Worse yet, they might very well push it back even more while they work on the elf city, if that's what the players vote for.
