Heya guys!
I've been working on my port, and have been wondering how many of each type of crew member I should have. This is my crew right now:

I was thinking of getting the Sea Witch, but I don't know who to fire. I was thinking maybe the Palmist, since she doesn't seem to do anything.
Any recommendations on what I should be shooting for with my crew?
