Hello ~
This is a guide to obtaining strange rocks and golden rocks as quickly as possible. I was going to do some research and write it down for myself, but figured I'd share it in case anyone ever gets the insane idea to collect them all, like me The wiki is cool and all, but I could not find a list of the best methods, and having to click their threads seperately is a hassle. So, there's this guide now
Note 1: After getting a strange rock in a skill, your chance of getting the second one is halved. Therefore it's wise to collect 1 of each first, and then go for the 2nd one.
Note 2: The combat-related golden rocks are dropped by the NPC that attacks you with that style. So you need to kill something that does magic damage for the magic rocks, etc. Your own combat style does not affect this.
Note 3: You can get a statue collecting bag from Marius Giste or Barnabus Hurma at the Varrock Museum, which stores your rocks for you. Say 'I found a rock while I was training'.
