Pretty cool way to max

I know this player from TSG (The Slayer's Guild) and he is one pretty cool person and also has an epic achievement. This took him years to finish but he managed to do it and I give him the utmost credit for finally finishing it.

Seems there was some confusion, he has had untrimmed slayer for quite some time now, he has no plans on ever getting another 99 so he got 98 in every skill and is done with this account now.

He want's to keep his Slayer cape Untrimmed that's why he did it this way.

It is pretty cool tho. One of the girls I knew in one of my Previous clans Villandra was known for after she maxed out Vill she worked on all these pures where she got 99 range with only 10HP (method was using a cannon i believe), and there were a few others she did I think one was a goal to get an untrimmed Slayer cape, which she did before Soul Wars and Effigies. I forget the names of all the pures she had but it was pretty cool what goals she set for her self and got them done.

He's had 99 slayer for like 2 or 3 years now, he will never go over 98 anything.

Villandra (previously maxxed, now with 78 DG), Slayerbelle (untrim slayer), Ellebreyals (was untrim summon but she got 99 slayer/range and construction).

Wouldn't 98att+str+def gives 99hp?
A: No, if you train on controlled, you get 1.33 att/str/def/hp exp per 10 life points damage dealt. They go up at the same rate.
