How did you choose your RS name?

RuneScape was the first MMORPG I played. So basicly it was a brand new world for me. In Dutch we have a saying "een nieuwe weg inslaan" which means to start with something new, to try something new. Because I was still young back then and my English wasn't that great, I made a small error with translating and it became "changing lanes" which then became ChangingLane since ChangingLanes was 1 character to long :p

I'm going to be honest here, I didn't even choose my own name lol. My friend suggested Frosty when I first started, and I just added the two's since Frosty was taken, then once I became a member I didn't like those numbers so I got rid of them and gave my name a twist

I wanted a name that started with Z, so I looked through the dictionary, and Zephyr sounded the best.

Mines quite obvious I'd say

Split is a brand of clothing my favorite sweater is from.
69 is the sex position and also a symbol for my horoscope Cancer.
Therefore, Split 69

Don't feel bad I also stole my name lol, it used to be my brothers names for games like counter strike because it was just a joke that we both got about something that happened when we were both like 13 and so I just decided to make it my Runescape name and it has stuck with my for 6 or so years I have made all my gaming names Flying fruit to some degree.

well i was with my mate deciding on a name, it took me a whole day, and he said "Im having krab for dinner"
"and i said ooo kraby" and then i was like "THATS IT! KRADY!"

and thus krady was born

I chose my name because there was this show called george shrinks i thing and this guy had a car thing called the zoopercar that did everything he could think of and thats where mine is from

Lol kinda embarrassing story actually. When I was fourteen, me and a couple other internet friends used to pretend we were a part of this internet-special-forces team that went around and protected the internet from hackers. We had a whole forum designated for our role playing. Anyway, one of the characters we made up was Phoenix Zero, an elite protector of the internet.

When I discovered Runescape, when I was sitting there trying to think of a username, I used the first part of Phoenix Zero (Phoenix), and then a hacker code that we used during our roleplaying (9025). Put them together, and I got Phoenix9025. About a year later, I just used Phoenix Zero as my forum name which evolved into PZero on runescape and PZ as my nickname on forums/IRC.
