If you want something more useful, get 95 herblore so you can have overloads with the help of a greenman's ale.

You can get 99 Smithing, 99 Construction, 99 Crafting, 99 Firemaking, and 99 Magic combined for around 170m.

Thats interesting Andrew but at this point I'm not entirely interested in crafting or firemaking but i'll keep the thought in mind. All together how much would 99 herb 99 smith?

Smithing is fairly cheap depending on your method and 99 Herblore you're best off buying now and waiting for double exp weekend. smile

I'd go for smithing then, last time I checked you can do gold bars for 2gp/xp.

Alright I'm gonna sound like a scrubbie but what should I buy for herblore? And I believe I'm going to go for 99 smithing after 99 fishing and then when double experience weekend arrives I'm going to pound out some herblore smile

All depends on what methods you're using at what level such as are you doing Overloads at 95 or switching it about and making something else.

99 Herb cost me approximately 300m, though I didn't do the most cost-effective way. I made 3k of each extreme potion (5k extreme Magics) and then 1k overloads. Other than those, I have about 25k Special Restores banked that I rarely use. I recommend making the extremes and 1k overloads but only 1-2k Special Restores. Don't make extreme prayers.

If you do Super Attacks or Sanfew Serums then your cost will be much lower, probably around half as much. Guthix Tea is also cheaper but completely useless.

Last time I calculated 99 Smithing, it cost approximately 35-40m from 88-99 smithing making Adamant Platebodies. That's the fastest method to get 99 and the price can be halved if using SC hammers. I'm doing a mix between Adamant Platebodies and Superheating Gold Ore with the Goldsmithing Gauntlets for both smithing and magic experience.

Crafting about 60m using Green D'leather and making Green D'hide Bodies. Firemaking about 15m using Yew Logs (fill up BA horn 3 times for 1/2 price and 1/2 as many logs to burn)

Not a prob! Keep in mind that all of those calculations were based off my levels I had at the time when I bought time.

For reference purposes, I was mid 70s herblore, 88 smithing, 85 construction, mid-70s crafting, and mid-80s firemaking while I did all of these calculations.
