New Skillcape Design

I'm just curious as to what you all think of it. For those who don't know, the new skillcape will look like this (images are big so I didn't add them to the post):

I for one am really disliking the new design, and unfortunately it's winning by an overwhelming majority. I'm not a fan of the weird looking tassels in the front and would much rather have the shoulder pad things. Also I think the old skill capes were much more vibrant and colorful, making it a lot easier to color coordinate with an outfit. I also liked how the colors were unique to each skill cape, including the ribbons and shoulder pads, so if you saw someone wearing a cape from the front, you could tell what cape they were wearing. Now all the capes will look nearly identical from the front.

I would have just liked the skillcapes to get updated icons, but apparently the majority of the community wanted more :|

You really can't make assumptions about what the other capes will look like.

I also like the new design.

I'm not a big fan of what's going on in the front of the new ones, but I can picture it looking good I guess. I personally voted for the old capes with the new icons.. I'd like to have at least something from the original game in RS3...

This is true, it would be nice if they showed other capes and trimmed versions as well. If the tassels do change color based on the cape, then that won't be as bad. I just assumed they wouldn't change color because they're gold in that picture, and there isn't any gold in the current untrimmed slayer cape.

I'm hoping the cape trim is more than just the small darker black lines on the back of the slayer cape changing color. I like how pronounced the trim is on the current capes.

Bleh but oh well ill live with it.
