I usually use runetracker.com and update on saturday nights when it has been a week on the normal pages, you can use any tracker (including runetracker) and set it within certain dates to do it whenever you have time too.
Just copy + paste the past update, change the amounts gained and write a description of their gains. I usually write about how they progressed overall, their biggest gains, any other milestones or outstanding things and possible upcoming achievements.
It would be great to see this keep going.
