Well since I absolute hate all forms of dailies/weeklies including farming runs, I don't have any routines of any kind. The only weekly thing I do is penguins (which I just started up again and sometimes miss weeks) and the tog/kingdom event. 
Also I don't really ever use private, though sometimes I check the clan cc. So...
