Turner Nic's 2 Cents
If you like somebody then you like somebody, there isn't much that you can do about it and you would have to be a fool to ignore it. There may not be a physical connection but there can still be a emotional one, but i think.. in this situation it has been taken to far. When you start spending every moment on this game with them, you look exactly like them, some people even get their stats to the same level and the same exp so that they can be next to each other on the highscores. That is when it has been taken to far. This sort of behavior is what we like to call being "whipped". Nobody finds it attractive when you are whipped.. your gf or bf might maybe find it sweet that u want to do everything with them.. or they might find it annoying, but to everybody else around the both of you, it looks pathetic. Friends begin to feel ignored and forgotten because people spend too much time together and never want to do anything with you, but i suppose this is common in any relationship sometimes, not just specificly related to runescape.
The important thing is balance. I think you are always winning when she is complaining because she wants to spend more time with you, obviously this means you may need to sacrifice your own happiness and spend less time with them but it could be beneficial in the long run. "The person in control of a relationship is the person who cares the least" or something along those lines - Ghosts of Girlfriends Past
I kinda share the same view as Danny tho, if it doesn't involve you then why do you care. its not really anybody's place to step in and say that it is weird unless you are their close friend and even then, how does that differ from reality? People have private lives and i think it is best to stay out of them generally.
