Well Zephyr, one could argue that if a lot of people start buying all their skills through extra spins it not only leaves you behind and at a disadvantage but can devalues skills. I do not necessarily think that, but I can see how others can. It is not really a big issue, since not that many people will probably spend $1000 for a 99, but if Jagex continues down this way I can see it becoming an issue.
