That's my stockpile. The bgs is the only relatively big-ticket item in there, and the other items are things I believe are relatively stable and not likely to drop in price. The dragon/rune equipment I got is basically a safe bet since most of their prices are driven by alch values. If I get more money to spend, I'll go for frost dragon bones and more rune/dragon stuff.
