If you're excluding the trimmed completionist cape then it definitely has to be agility. Probably the most boring skill ever and would take an age for anyone to get 120.

I have an attachment to the good ol' veteran capes! (At least now I can say I've achieved something from all the time I've spent on that game)

 For me the max cape is an outstanding achievement and my current goal. (although I really like the idea of 120 capes) So I guess the most prestigious would be individual to everybody, depending on their goals.
