BTS - Fish Flinger and Combat Rework

Apparently there is a huge outcry because Jagex said that the tier 5 tackle box will be a comp cape requirement.. I am sure they meant trimmed comp people.

How can you be sure when all the Jagex responses have been along the lines of "I don't know, stop posting this stupid thread"? Logically, yes, it will only be needed for the trimmed cape. So, jagexly, it will be needed for untrimmed. You gotta remember, just about every member off staff there who still has an impact on game content is pretty damn stupid.

Not that it matters- they'll forget to test the update and leave us with a new song we won't be able to unlock rendering us unable to wear our capes. Just like every update.
