I like the part where Jagex Guardian is totally skipped when going to try and log into the Runescape Website to change your password/disable Jagex Guardian/anything else account related..... even when you have Jagex Guardian enabled.
dat logic.... Is the glass half empty or half full? Neither, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Actually to disable JAG you have to go through the JAG process.

Ok fine... subtract out the JAG process for that then.... the point remains the same that the process should be used to even log into the website....

The reason behind this thread was because it sucked and wouldn't send me the email to verify my computer so I attempted to disable it and it wouldn't send that email either until like half an hour later, after multiple attempts to resend it. As much as I thought it was a good idea, the drama I went through with it just to access my account wasn't worth it.

It's all good. Since it was the only Guardian account thread I felt like adding to it

I had the same problem, but it worked after I waited until the next day to try again. My guess is that their servers couldn't handle everyone trying to set up JAG at the same time, which would also explain why there was no newspost right away. Exactly they withheld the newspost so that they could get trial runs from people that took initiative and work out some of the bugs to make it easier for the flood from the newspost. I am sad to say that my experience was uneventful and boring since nothing went wrong.
