Not sure, but just the fact that code was there would suggest that it would be for members and not just f2p.

poking through some of the codes its looking like jagex will force you to watch a video advert every time you hop worlds

even if you have ad blocker, though the video wont be played, you'll still have to wait the 35 seconds before it will let you resume your game

Just in the Beta or forever?

Not in the beta it would seem, but the code is there, but they've used dummy ads which are 0 secs long, which im assuming is why the game crashes when you try and hop worlds.

Have you posted this on their feedback forums, Wader? It would be interesting to see their response lol.

Well i went on there and posted something along the lines of "i7 3770k, 32GB RAM, dual gtx680s = 4fps, nice work!" and was directly quoted by a jmod, then after that i asked about the ads and got no response.

I really hope it isn't the case. I would almost just keep playing Java if they implemented this.

It is still in Beta - Would love to see the final product though!
