How to make a skiller?

So I decided to make a new account to be a level 3 skiller. I've never done this before, and I don't really know *how* to do it. My plan thus far is... avoid combat. Does anyone have any particular tips about being a level 3 skiller?

Also, at what point should I go ahead and get members for her?

Can't promise I'll stick to it for sure, but I'm pretty bored on my main, so I thought I'd give it a go.

My skiller's name is "W r e n" (like the bird ^.^)

I've been thinking about making a skiller on rs3 too, since I don't feel like paying bonds to play osrs on the side.

As for anything skiller specific, I don't know :/ I know I like to start off by getting rounded skills and goals like 20+, 30+, etc.
